The location near the beach was a major plus.

The staff seemed unavailable at crucial times, frustrating. I had to navigate some poorly marked paths. The pool area was not well maintained, disappointing and didn't meet my expectations.

The room was spacious and clean. The rooftop provided a fine view, perfect for sunsets. Access to the beach was easy and close. I appreciated the attentive communication from management 🌅

Sunset House offers simple, modern rooms that feel fresh and inviting! The rooftop pool was perfect for unwinding while watching the sunset. The host's warmth enhanced my experience.

Staying at Sunset House was such a lovely experience. Waking up surrounded by nature felt magical. The view from our balcony in the 2 Queen Room was fine, especially at sunset from the rooftop kitchen. The pool was a great way to cool off after a day in the sun. Nicolas, the manager. The room was clean and spacious, providing comfort after long days of exploring. Navigating the gravel path with rolling luggage was a bit challenging, and a little more attention to cleanliness in common areas would enhance the stay. Accessing the beach club through WhatsApp was convenient, but having someone available on-site would have been appreciated on departure. The natural decor created a unique atmosphere that I enjoyed. I would definitely consider returning for another relaxing getaway.

The 2 Queen Room was spacious and offered a fantastic sunset view from the balcony. A highlight was the rooftop kitchen, perfect for enjoying meals while overlooking the tranquil mangroves. While navigating the gravel path with luggage was tricky, and the common areas could use more cleaning, the responsive management was great. We loved the homemade marmalade served during breakfast.

Everything was wonderful, just steps from the beach. The rooftop kitchen was perfect for dining while enjoying excellent sunset views. The staff was genuinely friendly and provided excellent recommendations for nearby spots.

Spacious room, beautiful balcony, with a rooftop pool that offers a refreshing spot to cool off after a day exploring the nearby nature reserve and cenote.

Everything was flawless.

Spacious room with clean bathroom and front/back patio. A/C from 7pm-7am, but fan keeps air circulating during the day. Rooftop kitchen and pool perfect for BBQ and sunset. Helpful staff, quick responses. Delicious restaurant nearby, beach access across the street. Would return!
